James McFarlane honoured as Technology Pioneer by Offshore Energy Centre Hall of Fame

On October 10th, 2009 Dr. James R. McFarlane, President of ISE was honoured as a Technology Pioneer by the Offshore Energy Centre (OEC) Hall of Fame in Houston, Texas.
