Dr. James Ross McFarlane

Founder Dr. James McFarlane started ISE in 1974 and became an early visionary for remote controlled, tethered, and unmanned vehicles for safer underwater operations. He facilitated military transport of crew, vehicles, and supplies from Canada which he later contributed to the No Time on Our Side story.
